| Figure | Cold working pressure | Typical service |
|---|---|---|
| Fig 100, 200 / 206 | 1,000 & 2,000 PSI | Low-pressure suction, discharge and general rig-up lines. |
| Fig 400, 602 | 4,000 & 6,000 PSI | Medium-pressure circulating, cementing and mud service. |
| Fig 1002, 1502 | 10,000 & 15,000 PSI | High-pressure well testing, stimulation and choke & kill service. |
| Fig 2202 | 22,000 PSI | Extreme high-pressure fracturing and treating applications. |
Cold working pressures vary by size and end connection for certain figures. Butt-weld and sour-service variants carry reduced ratings — confirm the figure, size, service and end connection when enquiring.
Standard-service and sour-gas-service hammer unions and flow-iron products in threaded and butt-weld ends. Every unit is tested to strict quality parameters and colour-coded per industry standards.
| Figure | Size / end | Cold working pressure | Service |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fig 400 | 5″, 6″, 12″ | 2,500 PSI | Standard |
| Fig 1002 | 5″, 6″ BW | 7,500 PSI | Standard |
| Fig 1003 | 4″, 5″ BW | 7,500 PSI | Standard |

All hammer unions are WECO inter-changeable. BW = butt-weld end.
| Style / code | Working pressure | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Style 10 to 100 | 15,000 PSI | High-pressure styles including 100 MF (MM), 80 MF, 80 and 70 configurations. |
